had quite a few of my first-time experiences at taiwan. first time encountering typhoon for example. LOL. was pretty fun though, and was lucky that i didn't get to experience the full blown one. the location we were at were just within the radius. but the winds were insanely strong. and the trees were bending over seh.
so, we also kena 'mobbed' by pimps asking if we wanted girls. =/ was abit taken aback, but thankfully nothing happened. thought they would really get violent if we rejected, but guess i think too much already.
and i tried tarot card reading for the first time. didn't really know what to expect from it, but it's pretty fun.
first i asked that whether it's advisable for me to continue studying or not, and she asked me to write down my name. then wrote le and she analysed that the 伟 character is suitable to work/study in the IT field and she asked whether i'm intending to pursue a career in that field or not. whether it's accurate or just a coincidence, i don't know. but i answered yes. so she continued, saying that i can progress in IT field and will have good results from that. then she added that from my name, i'm a very kind person, but i should be aware of the fact that the world isn't as kind as i think. further on, she added that i shouldn't worry too much, especially about my family's finances as it wouldn't be much of a problem should i continue in IT. as long as i don't 三分钟热度.
then we did the tarot card reading, which disappointed me a little, but i shan't talk about it. =xxx
so overall, be it the good part and the disappointment part, the person was pretty accurate. though i'm not so sure whether i'm really kind. =/// cos it's true that i find myself quite suited to do IT, and i do have an interest in continuing. and more or less i've planned to continue in this line. the person was also accurate when she said that i worry about my family's finances, which i really did. but it wasn't a major concern ba. and the 三分钟热度 is damn true la! LOL! kickboxing, going for jap lessons and even learning driving. =x took only a short while nia. though jap lessons were because i only intended to learn the basics before self-learning the language.
can't say i believe it totally even though it surprised me for the person to be this accurate. =/
