hm. actually i had the intention to blog a long one, but suddenly no mood to do so.
finished up the one and only paper on wed. was a little panicky, cos despite copying out the notes, i still cannot remember anything. ended up staying up revising until 4-5am to sleep 4 hours, then wake up to go school to study again during the few hours before the paper. and retarded-ly enough, i got in more information during that few hours as compared to the previous night. -.- anyway, did what i could. the long questions should be okay. keke.
have been messing around with the facebook notes and sec school photos with addie [ my sec school friend ]. she started some 100 things about nan hua and i actually caught on to it. LOL. but it's damn fun la, remembering, or kena forced to remember all the funny shits that happened like 4-7 years ago. the funny teachers, and the jokers in the class, etc. i just surprised myself, to think that it's already been that long. 4-7 years wor. LOL. okay, nvm. just being reminiscent of the past. LOL.
speaking of facebook, i saw a note by this girl i know. with questions like, when was the last time you hugged someone, who was the last person you hugged, what is the most important part of your life right now, etc. and her answers were all the same guy's name. =/ it's normal, but then apparently she broken up with that same guy twice, so she's currently single. -.- not that i'm jealous or intending to woo her or whatever nonsense, but i worry for her. =/ imo, it's seriously dangerous to have one's life centre around some other guy/girl. haha, i just get scared when i imagine that guy telling my friend that he hates her or what. [ not that it'd really happen la. just imagining. ] maybe people will call that being loyal, but that's not my idea of being loyal to someone. arhh well. i wouldn't be mentioning about it in my blog if talking to the person herself would help. LOL.
oh ya, let's rejoice, it's been effectively a year after mas selamat escaped. wonder where's that two retards who gave up their jobs to look for him now.

had msn lab test which i amazingly failed on tues. had the stupid impression that i didn't need to configure MSTP on the ALS switches to have MSTP running. so even when i completed about 60-70%, it was still considered as failing. =/ but luckily i failed, cos even if i passed on my first try, also 60-70. then the retest supposedly didn't cap at 50, and i got 95. hoho. dhcp snooping binding didn't work, for some reason.
with that said and done, the only thing left to deal with is WLT theory paper. shouldn't be too difficult to deal with, but a little no mood to study seh. going school tml to copy out my notes since i can't get things done at home. need to stock up on stationery too, but quite retarded since it's only for the last paper. -.-

figured that i needed a new signature to use for the forums, so..
i got the following two pics from hirano aya's site. i always use her photos as display pics, etc etc cos she's nice to look at, and i'm just lazy to change to other stuffs. LOL.
i erased the hiranoaya.com using Healing Brush tool. then i used the Magic Wand tool to select the silhouette of hirano in the diary picture. after selecting, i cut it out and pasted it into the hiranoaya.com picture, and added whatever text that i wanted, merge all the layers together to get the below picture.
but it's a little plain, so i created a layer by cutting out everything, leaving the background as blank. added a Hue/Saturation layer of Saturation 20. added a Contrast layer of 20 as well. then added a layer of Curves, tweaked the lines. and then added a Lens Correction filter, -100 to Vignette, changed the opacity to 70%. added another layer of Hue/Saturation to make it a little sepia, changed the opacity to 50%. and finished up with a final layer of solid hot pink/magenta to have a little subtle pink, opacity 5%. last of all, i added a border around the picture cos it simply looks weird without one. and tadahh...
lols. i'm too lazy to do a proper step-by-step tutorial on how to get that effect, since i'd have to screenshot every step. but google helps a lot la. learnt all that from a little search in google. keke. okay, go sleep liao. buhbyes. :)
had sj, yw, ly, zw and will come over to my place on wed. was a little worried that they wouldn't enjoy themselves, but i guess they did. luckily zw was able to make it, cos he contributed two extra controllers + the multiplayer games. it's feb 14 soon. LOL. and i think the guys wanna go out for.. 'international friendship day', as nor called it. yucks. i rather stay at home rather than to find myself hanging out with a bunch of guys on vday. so .. ke lian. hahahahahaha. and i shall stay at home. =( lols. pointless thinking about r/s matters now anyway, since i'm enlisting into army soon. best to remain status quo.
and speaking of ns.. i need to go for a checkup on feb 19 at alexandra hospital.. hopefully nothing wrong, cos i don't wanna end up being a clerk or something. gonna be damn boring, imo. pes b ftw. anyway, heard the news that they are extending the physical training phase to 8 weeks from 4 weeks. and good job, since i didn't even bother to take napfa. LOL. meaning i'll kena la. but then it will only be implemented on the batches from dec'09 onwards, so i don't think i'll tio 8 weeks. not that i really mind, since i rather follow instructions and exercise like mad brainlessly. would be fun once i get the hang of it, i guess. keke. but if i kena the dec intake i'll be damn sad cos got a super big gap from feb-march till dec la. early enlistment plox. kindly don't waste my time.
after which, most prolly i'll go aussie for studies, since direct entry will only take 1.5yrs. it's the main benefit that i'm looking for, since i don't wanna waste anymore time than the 2 years ns already took up.
i wanna learn driving!! hopefully i can get my license from after feb 25 till the time i ORD from army 2 years later. cos i would prolly have the need to drive when i'm in aussie. and even if somehow or rather i don't get to study there, i'll still need the license anyway. so might as well.
and dang, i've been wanting to get a bicycle for so long, and it's until now that i've been looking up about bikes. so damn ex la. they can go up to 8k USD, etc etc de. =/ scary.. but i think the most i will go is up to 1.5k or 2k SGD. whether i'll make use of it a lot is another matter though. =xx hahaha.
and dslr camera. =x but i shall postpone that purchase indefinitely since i don't really have a need for the camera yet.

ordered quite a lot of things online for cny. the first batch of items came today, which was a lot earlier than estimated since the estimated date was late feb to march. =/ amazon is reliable indeed. first time getting stuffs from them.
tadadada. haven't caught these movies when they showed on the screens, but i guess they are good enough to buy and keep. zodiac is an adaptation of a true story about this serial killer that remains uncaught until now. should be nice la, i hope. =x
oh ya, after 3 years, i think f6 is really made up of people with .. weird personalities, myself included of course. i can't say how i'm weird, but then it's unfair for me not to include myself when i'm saying the other five are. =x so.. ronghuang has this habit of listening to his mp3 whenever he can, with both ears plugged tight, which is kind of irritating. fucking troublesome to even talk to him. and he doesn't even care about the fact that people would want to ask him or even talk to him. -.- then what happened just now was that norvin went to canteen 2 to help zhiwei print his final report for iap, so we, kinleong, ronghuang and myself, tagged along. then we were discussing about where to eat and ronghuang has his bloody earphones plugged in. then norvin got him to remove the earphones and ask if he wanna go eat kfc, then ronghuang said no, and plugged the earphones back in.. then norvin got irritated, waved and said byebye, not expecting him to take it for real. ronghuang then left. -.-
=/ attitude problem. well, the rest i shan't cover since that's not the point. but yeah, that's why sometimes i'd rather not go out with them if i've to choose. sometimes they are alright, but when things happen.. LOL. headache.
